Billy Hamilton on verge of signing with Royals

Fantasy Impact:
Hamilton and the Royals are just working through the bonuses before he takes his physical. Hamilton was non-tendered by the Reds earlier this off-season, but Kansas City is a great landing spot for his fantasy value. He should presumably see a lot of playing time and will be given the green light to steal when he gets on base.
