Mark Trumbo expected to be ready by Opening Day

The Orioles' general manager Mike Elias is expecting Mark Trumbo to be fully recovered from knee surgery and be ready by Opening Day. (Roch Kubatko on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Trumbo, who underwent season-ending surgery in September to repair cartilage in his right knee, looks to be progressing well. In 2018, he slashed .261/.313./.452 with 17 homers. He is the favorite to be Baltimore’s primary designated hitter in 2019.
