Fantasy Impact:
A deal isn’t close or anything, but this is noteworthy that Cleveland is still even entertaining this idea. One would’ve figured they cut enough payroll after trading away Yan Gomes, Edwin Encarnacion, and Yonder Alonso. Perhaps the Indians are just being thorough. Morosi lists the Dodgers, Reds, Phillies, and Mets as clubs who have expressed interest.
