Daniel Murphy gets 2/24 from Rockies

Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports reports Daniel Murphy’s contract with the Rockies is for two years and worth $24 million. (Jeff Passan on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Passan adds that Murphy is mainly expected to play first base, which makes sense considering his recent struggles defensively at second. Murphy’s bat will be a welcomed addition to a Colorado lineup that score the second most runs in the National League last year. Murphy will surely be a fantasy factor playing half his games at Coors Field.
