Bryce Harper still an option for Cubs?

Gordon Wittenmyer of the Chicago Sun-Times reports the Cubs recently had a lengthy meeting with Bryce Harper's agent Scott Boras. (Chicago Sun-Times)
Fantasy Impact:
Wittenmyer reports Theo Epstein urged Boras to "wait before accepting an offer from another team". Chicago would need to get creative and clear some salary before being able to add a player like Harper, but they seem motivated to at least explore the possibility. Kris Bryant is one of Harper's best friends so he would certainly have interest in playing for the Cubs. For now we will add the Cubs to the White Sox, Phillies, and Dodgers as teams who are most interested in the 26-year-old.
