Jonathan Lucroy signs with Angels

Jeff Passan of Yahoo Sports reports Jonathan Lucroy has signed a one-year deal worth $3.35 million with the Angels. (Jeff Passan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Passan adds that Lucroy has already taken his physical and can earn more than $4 million total with performance bonuses. Lucroy was once one of the best all around catchers in baseball but will now be a veteran stopgap in Anaheim. He hit .241 with just four homers in 2018. Lucroy won’t be an exciting fantasy option to begin 2019.
