Shelby Miller signs with the Rangers

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports Shelby Miller and the Rangers have come to terms on a one-year, $2 million deal. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The contract reportedly has bonuses that could push the total value to $5 million. The 28-year-old underwent Tommy John surgery back in May 2017. He then gave up 19 runs in 16 innings for the Diamondbacks last year. He won't be a fantasy factor pitching in Texas.
