David Phelps agrees to deal with Blue Jays

Free-agent reliever David Phelps has agreed to a one-year deal that comes with a club option, according to Shi Davidi of Sportsnet. (Shi Davidi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Phelps missed all of 2018 due to Tommy John surgery but is coming off of two solid seasons as a reliever for the Marlins and Mariners in 2016 and 2017. Assuming he is healthy, Phelps should immediately be in consideration for late-inning duty for the Blue Jays as he attempts to rebound from a lost season.
