Robbie Ray avoids arbitration, agrees to one-year deal with Arizona

Robbie Ray has avoided arbitration by agreeing to a one-year deal worth $6.05 million with the Arizona Diamondbacks. (Bob Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Ray is coming off of a somewhat disappointing year where he recorded a 3.93 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, and 165 strikeouts through 24 starts. He's been in the mix of trade rumors for the past month but should be here to stay in 2019. He's one of the best strikeout pitchers in the game.
