Cody Allen close to signing with Angels

Fantasy Impact:
The deal is reportedly pending a physical. It’s unclear how much the contract would be for. Allen wanted to sign somewhere he would close so we have to imagine he enter spring training as the favorite for saves in Anaheim. The former Indians closer struggled last year with a 4.70 ERA but he’s a nice option for fantasy players who want to wait on saves.
