Nolan Arenado could be a target for Yankees

Andy Martino of SNY suggests the Yankees could have their eyes set on acquiring Nolan Arenado within the next twelve months. (SNY)
Fantasy Impact:
Martino suggests the Yankees would prefer Arenado over Manny Machado, which is why they've expressed such lukewarm interest in the former Orioles/Dodgers infielder. The Rockies have long said they want to sign Arenado to an extension, but it doesn't seem realistic for them to be able to. If Colorado decides they will have to trade Arenado it sounds as if New York would have interest.
