Asdrubal Cabrera signing with Rangers

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports Asdrubal Cabrera is in agreement with the Rangers on a one-year contract. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
The deal is for less than $5 million and is still pending a physical. Cabrera will reportedly play third base for Texas, which is a much better fit for him than second base or shortstop at this point in his career. Cabrera hit an impressive 23 homers for the Mets and Phillies last season. Texas is always a good landing spot when it comes to fantasy value for position players.
