Fantasy Impact:
Estrada has had some gaudy numbers with the Blue Jays the last couple of seasons. He closed out 2018 with a 5.64 ERA and 1.427 WHIP. He was 7-14 on the year through 28 games with 103 strikeouts. He belongs on the waiver wire.
