Hunter Harvey felt good after winter throwing program

Harvey, 24, is recovering from a forearm strain he suffered in 2018 and says his injury is fully healed. A former first-round pick in 2013, he has a career 3.11 ERA and struck out 217 batters in 176 2/3 innings pitched in his minor league career.
