Jeremy Hellickson signs with Nationals

Fantasy Impact:
The deal is worth $1.3 million with incentives that could push the total value to $4 million. Hellickson will mainly serve as rotation depth for Washington. The 31-year-old doesn’t strike out enough hitters to have value in most fantasy formats.
