CC Sabathia to retire after 2019

Sabathia held a press conference to make the announcement. The 38-year-old will be entering his 19th season and is among the active leaders in nearly every pitching category. Sabathia's career highlights include winning the 2007 American League Cy Young award and winning a ring with the World Champion Yankees in 2009.
