Fantasy Impact:
Philadelphia is still connected to Bryce Harper but perhaps Keuchel is their backup plan. There have been surprisingly little rumors surrounding the former Cy Young winner. Heyman adds the Padres do not appear to be a fit for Keuchel at this time.
