Fantasy Impact:
Folty sits atop the Braves' rotation after a breakout year in 2018. Can he improve? Yes, but he must throw more first-pitch strikes. Will he regress? Possibly, but unlikely. He overcame some demons last year and it's improbable he slips back into those bad habits.
