Dellin Betances may get an extension from the Yankees

According to Jon Heyman of MLB Network, the Yankees are "trying to extend" reliever Dellin Betances said last week that his agent, Jim Murray, discussed an extension with the Yankees this offseason. It's unclear if any progress has been made, but the Yankees are in extension mode right now with the recent deals for Luis Severino and Aaron Hicks.
Fantasy Impact:
Betances will once again be in a setup role in the Yankees bullpen behind closer Aroldis Chapman. The veteran reliever will not see many chances for saves and is not worth drafting in fantasy formats that count just that category. But Betances is someone to targets in leagues with the saves and holds category.
