Bud Norris signs with Blue Jays

Fantasy Impact:
Norris will receive $3 million if he makes the team with the ability to earn a total of $4.25 million. The 33-year-old was solid as the Cardinals' closer last season, converting 28-of-33 save opportunities. Norris figures to be next in line for closing duties with Toronto should Ken Giles fall apart.
