Minnesota Twins right-hander Kyle Gibson pitched two innings of scoreless ball in his spring training debut on Monday. Gibson struck out three and walked two in the contest.
Fantasy Impact:
Gibson enjoyed the finest season of his career in 2018, while at the same time shedding the bust label that he earned over the first five years of his career. The former first-round draft pick averaged 8.19 K/9 with a 3.62 ERA last season and should be rostered as a solid, back-end fantasy starter for 2019.
