Matt Harvey to make Cactus League debut on Wednesday

Matt Harvey is expected to make his Cactus League debut tomorrow after suffering a glute strain during one of the Angels' first workouts of the spring. (Fabian Ardaya on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Harvey never was able to fully recover to his great form with the Mets. He recorded a 4.94 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, and 131 strikeouts in 2018 with the Mets and Reds. He's a very low risk and possibly high reward player heading into 2019.
