Jeremy Jeffress leaves game after three pitches

Jeremy Jeffress left his spring training appearance after experiencing an undisclosed injury. The relief pitcher had been experiencing shoulder soreness earlier during camp. Until further notice, the pitcher should be considered day-to-day at the very least. (Robert Murray on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jeffress was a deep-league option to begin with, but any sort of long-term injury could remove him from draft relevancy. Stay tuned to hear the severity of his injury. The All-Star pitcher finished 2018 with a 1.29 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 15 saves in 73 appearances.
