Tyler Skaggs scratched from Sunday’s start

Tyler Skaggs was scratched because of left forearm fatigue possibly due to a new pitch he was working on, according to the Angels. His MRI was negative and the team expects him to be ready in the next few days.

Fantasy Impact:

Skaggs threw a career high 125 innings last year over 24 starts with 129 strikeouts, 4.02 ERA, and 1.33 WHIP. His first 16 starts were excellent before a July groin strain bothered him the rest of the way. Skaggs has the talent to be a useful fantasy arm if he can stay healthy.
