Mike Foltynewicz (elbow) has officially been ruled out for Opening Day. (680 The Fan on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Folty has been dealing with elbow soreness for most of training camp and simply won't have enough time to get ready for Opening Day. The 27-year-old has not yet progressed to throwing off a mound. Foltynewicz was fantastic last year but his ADP has been a bit aggressive this spring.
