Astros starting pitcher Justin Verlander allowed three home runs in a losing effort against the Washington Nationals in Tuesday's Cactus League matchup. He tossed five innings, allowing six hits, four runs, and one walk while striking out six.

Fantasy Impact:

There does not seem to be much to worry about when it comes to Verlander, despite the home runs on Tuesday. He is still on track to start on Opening Day, and no injuries have been reported. Still, at 36 years old, any dip in performance will likely be analyzed for signs of decreasing performance due to age.
