Andrew Heaney shut down with elbow inflammation

Andrew Heaney has been shut down with left elbow inflammation with no timetable to return at this time. An MRI was conducted and showed no structural damage, but at this point he does not seem likely to open with the team. (Jeff Fletcher)
Fantasy Impact:
Heaney missed the first ten days of the season last year with the same issue. He was outstanding after that posting a strikeout per inning over 180 innings and 30 starts. Heaney had a 4.15 ERA and 1.20 WHIP. There is always an injury risk with owning him, but if he proves okay to start the season he will provide excellent fantasy returns.
