Luis Serverino will be out until May

Luis Severino (shoulder) won't be ready to pitch in MLB games until May 1 at the earliest, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports. (Bryan Hoch on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Severino received a cortisone shot in his inflamed right rotator cuff last week and said he was no longer feeling pain when lifting his arm. But the Yankees will be cautious with his shoulder and have him resting for two weeks before getting him to start throwing again. Fantasy owners may want to avoid Severino in the first few rounds of upcoming drafts in case the shoulder issue lingers but if he falls then he might be worth the risk.
