Fantasy Impact:
Well this is surprising. Happ has been a semi-regular for the Cubs since debuting in 2017 but has struggled to remain consistent. He’s still just 24 years old so there’s plenty of potential left in his bat, and the Cubs likely want him to get regular playing time. He should be back in a Chicago at some point this year but he can be dropped in re-draft leagues for now.
