Blake Swihart makes the Red Sox Opening Day roster

Blake Swihart was informed Sunday that he'll be on Boston's Opening Day roster, Evan Drellich of NBC Sports Boston reports. (Evan Drellich on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Swihart beat out Sandy Leon, who was put on waivers, for the backup catcher role behind Christian Vazquez. Swihart is a solid hitter for a catcher but will not see enough at-bats to be worth rostering in fantasy.
