Fantasy Impact:
It’s unclear how San Diego will split up the playing time between him and Austin Hedges, but ultimately Mejia’s offensive upside was too much to leave off the roster. If Mejia gets even close to everyday playing time he has the potential to be a top-10 fantasy catcher.
