Scooter Gennett (groin) officially place on the 10-day IL

The Reds have officially placed Scooter Gennett on the 10-day IL with a groin injury that will sideline him 8-12 weeks. (Cincinnati Reds on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Prior to the injury, Gennett was an excellent option for your fantasy team as he's in an improved Reds lineup. If you can stash him on your IL, he would be worth holding onto for when he returns. Although, that may be tough to do in shallower leagues.
