Jacob deGrom went six shutout innings in his Opening Day start. He looked phenomenal striking out ten while walking one and allowing five hits.
Fantasy Impact:
True to form, deGrom was lights out in this one. He did allow a double to Victor Robles but that was the worst part of his day. His next matchup will be in the pitcher-friendly confines of Marlins Park in Miami next Wednesday.
