Corey Kluber takes tough-luck loss in opener
by Matthew Adam | Thu, Mar 28th 7:10pm EDT
Cleveland Indians right-hander Corey Kluber took a tough-luck loss in a 2-0 defeat at the hands of the Minnesota Twins on Opening Day. Kluber allowed two runs in seven innings of work while striking out five.
Fantasy Impact:
Kluber deserved a better fate as he brought a no-hitter into the seventh inning. Two doubles in the seventh did him in. A point of concern heading into the season, the Cleveland offense mustered just two hits in the game. Kluber will look to bounce back in his next start.
