Christin Stewart goes deep in opener
by Matthew Adam | Thu, Mar 28th 11:44pm EDT
Detroit Tigers outfielder Cristin Stewart went 1-for-4 with a game-winning, two-run homer in the top of the 10th inning in his team's 2--0 Opening Day win over the Blue Jays.
Fantasy Impact:
Stewart broke up a 0-0 tie by launching a Daniel Hudson offering over the fence in extra innings. The 25-year-old was a first-round pick of the Tigers in 2015 and has a chance to impress this season if he remains an everyday player.
