Jon Lester allows two runs in win Thursday

Jon Lester allowed two runs on four hits over six innings in the Cubs' 12-4 win over the Rangers on Thursday. He struck out three and walk two as he improved to 1-0.

Fantasy Impact:

Lester served up a two-run homer to Elvis Andrus in the third, but was otherwise effective in his first start of the season. Two walks compared to three strikeouts isn't very encouraging, and after posting a 4.57 SIERA and 2.33 K/BB ratio in 2018 it would seem that Lester is due for regression in 2019. This would be a good opportunity to try and trade Lester based on name value.
