Corey Knebel (elbow) will miss the 2019 season

Corey Knebel has officially chosen to receive Tommy John surgery. This comes after Knebel pitched with a partially torn UCL for several years. The recovery process will surely see him miss the 2019 season. Knebel's return, in a best case scenario, will be Spring Training 2020. (Adam McCalvy on Twitter)
