Yu Darvish unravels in first start of the season Saturday

Yu Darvish allowed three runs on two hits over 2.2 innings in the Cubs' 8-6 loss to the Rangers on Saturday. He struck out four and walked seven in a no decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Even with his $20 million dollar salary, Darvish couldn't buy a strike in this one. It took him 75 pitches to get eight outs, and only 38 of those pitchers went for strikes. One of his rare strikes was crushed by Asdrubal Cabrera for a two-run blast, and that ended Darvish's night. While it's hard not to overreact to one bad start, Darvish owners should've understood the risk heading into the season and know to hold strong on him right now. Still, he should probably be left on the bench next time out against Atlanta.
