Xander Bogaerts (rest) getting day off on Wednesday

Xander Bogaerts will not be starting for the Red Sox on Wednesday. He should be available from the bench, if needed. Bogaerts should be expected to return Thursday, against the Oakland A's. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)

With Bogaerts having a scheduled off-day, fantasy owners should place him onto their bench and plug someone else in. There is no word yet as to who will man shortstop for Wednesday's game against the A's.
