Jon Lester (hamstring) says he intends to make his next start. He was pulled after two innings in Monday's 10-0 win over the Pirates due to hamstring tightness. (Jesse Rogers on Twitter)

More specifically, Lester said, "as of now" he's making his next start, and that tomorrow would tell us more. It's easy to get worried whenever a pitcher leaves a start with injury, especially a 35-year-old pitcher, but this injury seems relatively minor. He could get pushed back a few days, but an IL trip seems unlikely.
