Jacob deGrom's quality starts streak snapped at 26

by Mike Maher | Rangers Correspondent | Wed, Apr 10th 6:57am EDT

Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom allowed six earned runs on eight hits and one walk while striking out three over four innings in a loss to the Minnesota Twins on Tuesday. The loss was his first of the season.

Fantasy Impact:

This was deGrom's worst start in a very long time, as he had been riding an incredible streak of 26 consecutive quality starts. He was obviously not as his sharpest as he served up three home runs, and he will look to start a new streak when he takes on the Braves in Atlanta for his next start.
