Chris Paddack has start bumped to Friday

Fantasy Impact:
Paddack is fine. San Diego is just giving him extra days of rest whenever possible to help manage his workload. The 23-year-old has a 1.04 ERA through two starts this year and should be in fantasy lineups on Friday versus the Diamondbacks.
