Noah Syndergaard allows four runs in first win Wednesday

Mets starter Noah Syndergaard allowed four runs on five hits and no walks while striking out seven over seven innings in a win over the Minnesota Twins on Wednesday. The win was his first of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Three of the four runs Syndergaard allowed came in the eighth inning as he seemingly ran out of gas and was pulled without getting an out. Through three starts, he now has a 4.74 ERA with 20 strikeouts in 19 innings. He is currently scheduled to take on the Phillies in Philadelphia in his next start.
