Ken Giles blows a save chance on Thursday
by John Aubin | Braves Correspondent | Fri, Apr 12th 4:07am EDT
Ken Giles (0-1) allowed two earned runs on two hits and three walks while striking out none in the ninth inning to blow the save chance and take the loss Thursday against the Red Sox.
Fantasy Impact:
Giles had looked great in his first six appearances out of the bullpen for the Jays and was 3-for-3 in save chances before Thursday. Fantasy owners should not panic and Giles is safe in the closer role and should be owned in all leagues.
