Fantasy Impact:
Betances won't be able to throw for three weeks and won't return before 6-7 weeks. The Yankees simply can't catch a break right now. The only good news here is that the injury isn't a season ender. Fantasy owners in leagues that count holds should try and hold on to Betances if possible, but it's perfectly reasonable to cut bait in most leagues.
