Trevor Williams allows two runs in no decision Friday

by Elliott Baas | Pirates Correspondent | Fri, Apr 12th 11:40pm EDT

Trevor Williams allowed two runs on four hits over 6.1 innings in the Pirates' 6-3 extra innings win over the Nationals on Friday. He walked three and struck out three in the no decision.

Fantasy Impact:

Williams was a little wild, with just a 62% strike rate on 93 pitches, but he was able to notch his third straight quality start to open the year. Williams is a low-strikeout, low-upside pitcher, but he should be a decent innings-eater type. His next start comes Friday vs. San Francisco.
