Mike Trout ultrasound shows improvement

Mike Trout was seen by Dr. Steve Yoon today in Los Angeles. Ultrasound images showed further improvement to his injured right groin. (Los Angeles Angels on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Trout himself has reported improvement as well. He has missed three games due to the injury, and would have missed a fourth game Sunday had it not been postponed due to weather. Trout will join the Angels in Arlington, Texas and is still considered day-to-day. Fantasy owners can breathe a huge sigh of relief as it looks like he might avoid time on the Injured List after all —although it's still a situation worth monitoring.
