Marlins starter Trevor Richards allowed five earned runs on four hits and four walks while striking out three over 4 2/3 innings in a loss to the Cubs on Monday.
Fantasy Impact:
Richards had thrown three consecutive quality starts to begin the season, but it was unlikely that he would be able to continue on such a pace for much longer. Still, he has been impressive to start the season and will take a 3.57 ERA with 21 strikeouts over 22 2/3 innings into his next start against the Washington Nationals at home.
