Shane Greene takes the loss on Tuesday

by Matthew Terelle | Braves Correspondent | Tue, Apr 16th 10:40pm EDT

In a 5-3 loss to the Pirates on Tuesday, Detroit Tigers closer Shane Greene gave up two runs in the 10th inning to earn his first loss of the season. Greene struck out one and allowed two hits in the inning.

Fantasy Impact:

Greene was tasked with keeping a 3-3 tie in the 10th inning intact but was unable to do it. It wasn't a save situation, which keeps Greene a perfect 8-for-8 in save chances this season. He remains a solid fantasy closer despite the rough outing on Tuesday.
