Jacob deGrom (strep throat) has start pushed to Saturday

Jacob deGrom has been suffering from strep throat but has been proactively handling his illness. He will start on Saturday, instead of the originally scheduled start for Friday. Jason Vargas will take deGrom's original slot for Friday's start. (Anthony DiComo on Twitter)

No long term implication with deGrom's update. Make sure to move him into your starting spot for Saturday and if needed, someone else into your open slot for Friday. Caleb Smith (MIA) and C.C. Sabathia (NYY) are both great streaming options for Friday.
